What the duck is doing in here?

The duck is here to represent the place for an ad, and why now there is an ad in this blog…?

1. I want to know, how much is this blog worth, so why not giving a place for ad, at least it can cover my hosting fee (if any would like to support it)
2. I find it rather boring to have just word, an ad or two will spice it up.
3. All pro blogger have some ads, so adding ad will give me a “pro” feel for the blog

So if you want to advertised your book, seminar or just simply put up your photo or want to share some silly (or serious) video, you can place your ad here. the specification and rules will be as follow:

Spec:

The place is located in the upper right corner of the blog

The ad should have maximum 300 px height and weight

The ad can be video, Picture, Flash or anything you can come up with as long as supported by the server

If it is video can not be “auto play”

Benefit:

The ad will be up for one month calendar, starting first day of the month till last day of the month.

Yes sometime it means 30 days or 31 days or 28 days depending of the month.

The blog visitors and popularity is validated by : Google analytic and alexa.com

Sorry up to now I can not report the click trough, only visitors.

Investment

The ad is auctioned a month before, so now the auction is open for March 2010

Minimum US$ 12 or Rp. 120.000 per month, maximum Sky is the limit

The auctioned closed every 25th of the month to give some time to prepare the ad material

The winner bid will be announced, in this blog or e-mail

Payment settlement will be discuss on the e-mail

If what you see is the cute duck again, it means no one interested in placing the ad… its OK though, will still blogging as usual.
